Fill in the form below to confirm a reservation for Villa Dawn or Caribbean Breeze. We require 50% of the total rental amount, cleaning fee and tax to confirm a reservation (children under 2 years old are free). To calculate the rental amount due, please use the current weekly rates found on each of our websites. Use the appropriate "Season", the number of nights, and number of guests to determine the total rental amount. Your deposit will be 50% of this rental amount plus the cleaning fee and 12.5% tax. For example: If you would like 1 week (7 nights) at Villa Dawn, during Peak Season, for 6 persons, the base rental amount for 1-2 guests is $3,400.00, plus 4 additional persons at $36 per person, per night, for a total rental amount $4,408.00. Now add in the $300.00 cleaning fee, plus (12.5%) $551.00 tax. Your 50% deposit will be $2,604.50. The balance will be due 60 days prior to your stay. The same calculations apply to Caribbean Breeze's but using it's $200.00 cleaning fee.

Online reservations are generally limited to Sat to Sat during Peak Season, 7 night minimum reservations Please inquire for exceptions.
Rental amounts are in U.S. Dollars.

You will receive a reservation confirmation/receipt of payment, via email, as soon as we verify your selected dates are available, and we receive your credit card approval. This will usually be within a couple of hours of your reservation. Within a week of your confirmed reservation, you will receive a rental package in the mail which will include our rental agreement, along with some St. Croix information and brochures.
