Dear Kent and Dawn,
...What a gorgeous place you have. We had a
wonderful trip and thoroughly enjoyed the diving, fishing, horseback
riding, and other activities on the island. It is definitely on my list
of "must do again" trips...
...If you ever have interest in sale of your villa,
please let me know.

Dear
Kent and Dawn,
Thank you so very much for sharing Villa Dawn with us. We had a
wonderful two weeks. I would recommend spending no less than two
weeks to anyone considering a trip to St. Croix. All five children
had a blast! The house was very comfortable and very clean.
The view is out of this world. Every day, we tried to return home
before sunset so that we could sit in the pool and marvel at the water,
the hillside, the sky.
Some of the highlights of our trip were:
1. visiting different beaches - loved Davis Bay, Shoy, Sprat Hall,
and Chenay
2. banana bushwhackers at L'Attitudes - Tom almost got into
trouble trying to order a "banana whacker" at Hibiscus Beach.
Luckily I was there to interpret for him.
3. Driving on the "scenic roads"
4. Hiking on the little obscure trail that begins beside the
maintenance shed at Saunter - It is pretty long and rough for children,
but the magical tidal pools at the end are worth it. The ENORMOUS
Hermit crabs that hung out in the woods were, of course, a delight for
the boys.
5. Kendrick's was my favorite grown up restaurant
6. The kids really enjoyed the buffet and show on Tues. night at
Hotel on the Cay. It was very family friendly.
7. riding horses with Steve O'Shay
8. Boz was our favorite nearby food
9. Pate from Plaza Extra -Yummy
10. beer drinking pigs at Montpellier Domino Hut - hilarious
I would be glad to be used as a reference, especially for anyone
traveling with kids to St. Croix. I will drop the keys in the mail
tomorrow.

This is a note from a guest who is a local on St. Croix.
They live in town and wanted to "get away" for a week.

What a great place! Typically by the
end of a vacation I am ready to go home. Not this time though! I could
have stayed forever. Quite the statement given that we only live about
10 miles away! Thanks so much!

Arrived
home yesterday after a fine vacation on St. Croix.....
Everyone had a great time and we all enjoyed our stay at your spot on
the hill.
Will be sending along the keys shortly. Happy New Year !!

A belated thank you for our wonderful time at Villa Dawn. Despite
our rocky
start (we didn't arrive until 9am on Sunday) we fell in love with the
island, Off the Wall and all the things you described. I returned
the keys
as directed. Thanks again for a great week.

Kent & Dawn-
We've been home 10 hours & can't wait to go back-can you let us know
what you have available for next year about the same dates possibly for
a two week rental?
We can leave stateside as early as Dec 26, 2003 with a return whenever!
Will send out keys most likely today (if I can stand the weather to get
to the post office!) It's only 8 degreesa far cry from the 85 degrees we
became used to! Will talk to you soon.
