What a fabulous week we had at Villa
Dawn. Having rented various villas on St. Croix, we have been
particularly impressed with the detail of the amenities supplied at
both Villa Dawn and Caribbean Dream. The houses are lovely,
well-kept and comfortable.
At Villa Dawn, we liked the easy access
to Cane Bay Beach and proximity to Off the Wall, and the pool area
and porch provide a great place to watch the sun set.
Staying west of Christiansted gave us
the opportunity to do a bit more exploring around Fredericksted as
well.
It was a fun, relaxing week--just what a
week in the Caribbean should be!

vacation and reality is setting in. I can't begin to tell you what a
great time we had. Your house is fabulous and the island is beautiful.
We started every day at Off the Wall. Kelly and Diana are great! We
snorkeled at Buck island with the crew from Big Beards. Had great
dinners at Off the Wall, Bogey's, Lobster Reef and Rum Runners. Our
vacation surpassed everyone's expectations! I credit your great website
for that. I will recommend Villa Dawn to everyone I know. |

January 3, 2005 Dear Kent and Dawn, We had a relaxing and fun week at Villa Dawn. The villa was comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed - beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, etc. What a wonderful location! The villa is high enough on the side of the hill to afford beautiful views and yet close enough for an easy walk to the beach. My children had a great time on their boogey boards in the waves off the beach. Thank you! Carrie F. |

house and its location were superb! The Cane Bay Beach Bar became our
home away from home for diving, lunch and refreshments. We made it to
both Fredericksted and Christensted and preferred Cane Bay to both hands

6-7-04 Dear Kent & Dawn, Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Your attention to detail combined with the many amenities left us wanting for nothing and feeling right at home. My husband and I spent many hours just relaxing around the pool and house. It was exactly what we needed. We have returned home refreshed, de-stressed and ardent fans of flavored rum!!! We couldn't have asked for a more lovely place to spend time on a much needed vacation than Villa Dawn. Thank you again. Hope your trip to Italy was as wonderful as out trip to St. Croix! Susan D.
