We had such a good time, we are thinking of two weeks next year! Seriously. How far in advance must we commit and is there a price break for two weeks?
You have a great place in a perfect spot in the world.

Enclosed are the keys to Villa Dawn. We enjoyed our stay so much. You truly do think of everything to make your guests comfortable. Your directions were perfect and the information about the island and restaurants etc. was great. There is nothing better than the view from that veranda! "PARADISE"

Thanks for a wonderful weeks vacation. The location of your villa was perfect since we felt the North Shore was one of our favorite spots on the island. The views from Villa Dawn were breathtaking. Love those sunsets. Thanks for your great directions from the airport. That was a big help. We enjoyed the Rum left us. We had some leftovers of our flavored rums so we helped to stock your liquor area for others to enjoy. Your website is one of the best we've ever seen & we highly recommend to others to check it out. Dear Dawn and Kent,

What an idyll! Two weeks went far too quickly.
I researched the islands thoroughly before we came and knew we'd love the island as it seemed the least affected by tourism, but having toured the island I now know we picked the best spot too, Cane bay is superb. The villa was the best situated in Cane Bay, beautiful views within staggering distance to the beach.
I don't know if you've been to UK but houses in general are smaller with less land around them so Villa Dawn felt huge, despite there being 7 of us. Whether sitting on the deck or around the pool, it felt just incredible that we had been transported from grey cold to the blue warmth of St Croix. We just sat there, wordlessly absorbing the atmosphere, listening to the various distant music from the bars along the beach with a rum and coke in hand.
As you stated on your web site, the villa was equipped with everything that we could possibly want. Both Joseph and Jennifer were a pleasure to meet, Joseph was a real laugh, we chatted quite a bit about the island and it's future, Jennifer was so thorough even the boys said what a great job she had done and it has to be exceptional for teenage boys to notice! You have a pair of real gems there.
The people we met were wonderful. One of the best parts of any holiday is to chat to local people, the idea of a cruise surrounded by tourists would be my idea of hell. I think I shot the idea of the British being reserved out of the water! The British accent helped a lot and the most popular request was 'say something'! I've returned to UK somewhat evangelical about St Croix and Villa Dawn so if you have some hard copy brochures, please send them for my waiting room at work. I can't help but think that periodic invasion by cruise ships is not the way forward for St Croix unless it wants to be spoiled. Encouraging the right kind of tourism, i.e. villa rental, is the best way to increase the island's income via tourism.
We discovered the amazing Curt playing at Off the Wall and followed his gigs around the island, he is really talented, have you heard him? We were there for the full moon party on the beach and I think the rest of the Island was there too! Stephen took us riding along the shore at sunset, Chloe met Craig the Hurricane man and saw all his amazing technology which was great for her as she wants to pursue meteorology as a career and is especially interested in extreme weather conditions. She wants to come back in the hurricane season! The guy who runs the watersports on the Cay needs to get his act sorted out, doesn't answer the phone, didn't return calls and closed on a whim.
Well, I'm rambling now so I'll sign off. Didn't get chance to write in the book but will send something to be stuck in with the keys and comment paper.

Enclosed please find the keys to Villa Dawn. They had to be pried from my hands! We had a blast! Actually, we met some people from Jackson, TN that live at Hibiscus Point, so that was cool. Can't wait to return!

Kent and Dawn,

I just wanted to state that me and the Mrs.. had a great time at the Villa. We loved every aspect of it. We both loved the place so much, and the whole island for that matter, that we are already looking into when we can return next. This time bringing our daughter along. I am sure she will love it.

Hi Kent!

Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say we had another great week at Villa Dawn. We just got home this afternoon and I am going to try and see our friends, the White’s, tomorrow to get the other key so I can drop them in the mail by Friday.

Our friends were so impressed with the villa and how beautiful the view is. They just could not stop commenting on how great you have the villa furnished and how much they enjoyed spending HOURS sitting on the porch just looking at the views.

Thanks, again, for allowing us to spend another week at Villa Dawn – we will be in touch for our next trip and I hope as well to send clients your way!
